💼 Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP).
As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties — primarily in the secondary market.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Conducting property tours and negotiations
• Preparing and reviewing contracts
• Managing listings and market updates
• Delivering outstanding client service and expert real estate advice

• Slabs up to 55% based on performance and experience

📋 Qualifications
• Valid UAE Real Estate License (RERA)
• Proven experience in Dubai secondary market (Dubai Land preferred)
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and motivation
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
