For Indian green card applicants, October 1 is a date worth watching.

EB-2 India is currently unavailable, while EB-5 unreserved has also reached its annual limit. EB-1 India could also become unavailable before the end of September.

With FY2027 beginning on October 1, fresh annual visa numbers become available, potentially reopening categories that have reached their limits.

It’s not a guarantee, visa availability will still depend on demand and the Visa Bulletin.

📩 Contact @ +971567454909 to understand what October could mean for your case.

No degree? That doesn’t automatically rule you out of Spain’s Digital Nomad Visa. 🇪🇸

One of the most misunderstood parts of the visa is the qualification requirement.

You can generally qualify through either a university degree or at least three years of relevant professional experience. For those taking the experience route, the key is being able to clearly prove that experience through appropriate documentation.

So if you’re self-taught or built your career without a traditional degree, don’t count yourself out too early.

Your experience may be your qualification—if you can evidence it properly.

📩 Not sure whether your experience meets the requirements or how to document it? Contact us @ +971567454909

Your CRS score is important. But it isn’t the whole Canada PR story.

Express Entry has more than one way to select candidates. Alongside other rounds, category-based selection allows Canada to target profiles that meet specific economic and labour-market priorities.

That can include French-language proficiency and selected occupational categories, where cut-offs may look very different from general rounds.

So instead of only asking, “What CRS score do I need?” ask the more strategic question:

“Which category can my profile compete in?”

Your occupation, language skills, experience and CRS should work together to shape your strategy—not someone else’s draw.

📩 Contact us @ +971567454909 - Send us your occupation + CRS and let’s identify the strongest route for your Canada PR journey.

Could your profession be on Canada’s opportunity map?

Applying for Australia? Your occupation may now affect how your application is prioritised.

Points can tell you whether you meet the threshold. They don’t tell the whole story.

Under Australia’s current skilled visa processing framework, occupation and applicant circumstances can influence processing priority. Since 25 July 2026, Ministerial Direction 119 has set out the order in which certain skilled visa applications are prioritised.

Healthcare, teaching and construction occupations can receive priority in specified circumstances, while defence and law-enforcement interests sit within the highest priority group.

That’s why choosing an Australian skilled migration pathway shouldn’t begin and end with your points score. Your occupation, pathway and circumstances need to be looked at together.

Priority isn’t a guarantee of approval, an invitation or faster processing. It’s one more factor you need to understand before making a decision.

So, where does your occupation sit in the current priority system?

📩 Contact us @ +971567454909 and let WWICS assess your profile and pathway.
