أصدر حاكم الشارقة، صاحب السمو الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي، مرسومًا بإنشاء "دائرة قضائية" جديدة في إمارة الشارقة. ستكون هذه الدائرة مستقلة تمامًا من الناحيتين القانونية والمالية، وستشرف على جميع المحاكم والخدمات القضائية. وسيتم نقل الموظفين والأصول والمسؤوليات من وزارة العدل إلى الدائرة الجديدة من خلال لجنة مشتركة، لضمان انتقال سلس حتى صدور قانون جديد ينظم القضاء في الشارقة.
The Ruler of Sharjah, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, has issued a decree to establish a new Judicial Department in Sharjah. This department will be fully independent, both legally and financially, and will oversee all courts and judicial services. The transition of employees, assets, and duties from the Ministry of Justice will be managed by a joint committee, ensuring a smooth shift until new laws for Sharjah’s judiciary are in place.
Sharjah 24: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, issued an Emiri Decree establishing the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Sharjah.
