في إطار تطوير الإجراءات و تعزيز حماية البيانات أثناء التعاملات ، تعلن محاكم دبي عن اعتماد نموذج محدث للوكالة، وتنوه بأنه سوف يتم البدء في تطبيق النموذج المحدّث على المعاملات الجديدة ، مما يعكس حرص المحاكم على توفير أعلى معايير الجودة والأمان في الخدمات المقدمة


As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance procedures and strengthen data protection across judicial transactions, Dubai Courts announces the approval of an updated Power of Attorney (POA) template.

The updated template will be applied to all new transactions, reflecting the Courts’ commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality, security, and reliability in its services.
