π RERA Rental Dispute: What Every Tenant Must Know
β Step 1: 30-Day Legal Notice

Don't ignore it. Pay what you can and stay in communication.
βοΈ Step 2: RERA Case Filed
After 30 days, they can file a case.
π Hire a lawyer. If not affordable, use someone legally certified to file in RERA.
(β οΈ Beware of frauds! Many fake agents exploit this step.)
π Bring Documents:
Job loss proof, school fees, salary slip, credit card bills β everything that proves financial hardship.
πͺ Step 3: Eviction
If the judge isnβt convinced, eviction is real.

Once approved, CID and RERA enforcement show up β often within 7β30 days.
π
