On April 27, Maat Partners Law Firm participated in a discussion on the efficiency of international arbitration proceedings.

Organized within the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) Ambassadors Network initiative, in collaboration with ArbMenia and supported by the YSU Master’s Program on International Courts and Arbitration, the event brought together leading experts in the field.

The discussion focused on key challenges affecting arbitration efficiency, including procedural delays, investment arbitration issues, and the evolving shift toward permanent investment courts, while also highlighting the growing role of negotiation and mediation.
